Red Dirt Distillery is a specialty business located on the Dorrigo Plateau. We are renowned for the production of unique alcoholic products of exceptional quality, using local and regional fruits and Dorrigo red dirt Sebago potatoes.

All our products are handcrafted and produced in small production runs, made without the addition of colourings, artificial flavourings or preservatives. The majority of our liqueurs are styled on classic Italian sweet liqueurs, but are made using our own spirits and recipes for infusions of herbs, flowers and fruits. The entire process is undertaken "in house", using raw ingredients sourced from the local area and region.

A dedicated research effort is continually developing new and interesting products, in both our fermentation and distillation departments as well as our foods and preserves sections. We have recently commenced production of natural ice creams using our liqueurs and spirits - a unique taste sensation served in a waffle cone!!

We also proudly acknowledge our cooking heritage and have re-created timeless classic preserves such as chutneys, jams, marmalades, wine jellies, sauces and vinegars as well as cordials and flavoured salts. Many of these products are available for tasting. A small range is available at our online shop.

Subscribe to our mailing list for advice on product releases and availability and priority notice of special deals.

We are delighted to have featured in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for four years in a row a direct reflection on our dedication to unique local food and beverage manufacture.
