Our Gourmet product lines, hand crafted in our own kitchen are the feature of our business. This includes a range of specialty cakes and tortes, all gluten free, which are served with award winning Toby's coffee. We also make a range of chutneys, relishes, jams, jellies and pickles using ingredients from local Dorrigo suppliers. Our wine jellies are made from our own wines produced in the Red Dirt Distillery, and are an essential addition to a cheese platter.
