Boutique Vodka, Fortified Wines, and Liqueurs
We are Australia's only Potato Vodka manufacturer, and one of only a handful world wide. We use the famous Dorrigo red soil Sebago potato in our production. Red Dirt Potato Vodka has flavour and bouquet, is incredibly smooth and lingers on the palate. Rather than a “burn”, our vodka has a warming glow! Our other vodkas include tomato, cherry and feijoa vodka. These are all delicious and are made entirely from the fruit or vegetable on the label. They are not “flavoured” vodkas, and retain the original taste of the base ingredient. The vodkas are 40% alc.vol/vol (v/v).
To make a fortified wine, we first produce a table wine and then distil the wine to produce its own spirit. The original wine is then fortified with this spirit and slightly sweetened to 21% alc. v/v. Like a sherry or port, these fortified wines, known as an aperitif, combine beautifully with a cheese platter or desserts. They are the obvious choice for tapas! Our range includes Lime, Passionfruit, Feijoa, Cherry and Apricot.
Our liqueurs, with an alcohol content of 35%, include Nocino, a green walnut liqueur, Lemoncello, Quince and Cherry. The Nocino and Lemoncello have our Potato Vodka as the base and are extremely smooth. The Quince and Cherry have their own spirit as the base and are equally delicious.
All our products are seasonal, handcrafted and produced in small batches. The supply of our product becomes limited as the seasons progress. Get your orders in early to avoid disappointment!

Apple Vodka
Soft on the palate with a delicate apple flavour, warming but not burning this fantastic spirit will become a legend!! Distilled from wine made from organic Fuji apples grown at Bostobrick, just outside of Dorrigo. Limited stocks only available at this stage. 40% v/v

Distilled from Cherry wine, this exquisite crystal clear vodka has a beautiful cherry flavour and bouquet. 40% alc.

Liqueurs
Alloro
Pale green liqueur based on bay (laurel)which has been steeped in Lime Spirit. Slightly sweetened, this exquisite liqueur is sure to tempt the taste buds. 35% alc.
Centerbe
A traditional Italian style liqueur used as a digestive. Seductively sweet, crystal clear spirit golden in colour with a herbaceous complex flavour. Contains 11 herbs and spices, delicately balanced. 35% v/v.
Lemoncello
OUR BIGGEST SELLER! Our Lemoncello is silky smooth with a delicate lemon flavour and floral citrus bouquet. In contrast to classic Italian Lemoncello, which uses Grappa as the spirit base we have used our potato vodka for the spirit bases for this batch. Great sipped on its own but it really comes alive when mixed with a dry sparkling white! The ultimate sparkling cocktail to enjoy before a meal with an antipasto platter. Mix 1 to 1 with thickened cream shaken with ice... bliss! 35% alc. v/v.
Lime Liqueur
Fresh local limes infused into lime spirit and sweetened to produce a stunning liqueur in the same vain as Lemoncello. Use in cocktails or by itself, drizzle over fresh rockmelon - if you like lime this is your style of spirit. 35% alc v/v.
Nocino
Nocino is luscious with a hint of spice and a walnut finish. Simply fabulous on its own or a little splash in coffee is divine! Available Winter 2011!!

Pistachio Rosoli
Sweet Sicilian style liqueur- a complex flavour of Australian Pistachios with a delicate balance of vanilla and orange. Slightly opaque. Limited stocks. Sip as an aperitif or use in desserts. 35% v/v.

Rosolio
Most delicate pink rose coloured and flavoured liqueur made from a Quince spirit base. This is a liqueur which is the scent of spring for Dorrigo and is flavoured with dried organic rose petals which are left in the bottle and float like butterflies. 35% alc v/v.
Preserves
Caramelised Onion Marmalade
We've been serving this chutney for the last 5 years with our lunchtime steak sandwich. A beauty.. flavoured with carraway ... make it a classic for your lunchtime.
Ginger Sauce
Crowned "most outstanding sauce of show" this condiment is a ginger lovers delight. Fantastic on stir fries, on pork or duck and even on your poached eggs for brekky. This is the real McCoy.
Grape Wine Jelly
As for Mulled Grape Wine Jelly but without spiceness - Shiraz flavours come through. Yummo.
Green Tomato Marmalade
A new one for us.... and probably for you too... tomatoes and oranges not a common combination but comes together beautifully in a condiment that is happy on toast and delightful balanced on a cracker with cheese.
Green Tomato Pickle
A classic flavour flavour straight out of grannies kitchen. Beautiful with any cold meat as well as a sharp cheddar and a glass of wine.
Mulled Grape Wine Jelly
Wright Robertson wines at Glencoe produce a magnificent Shiraz that is the basis to this terrific condiment which is infused with herbs and spices to produce a spicey wine jelly the perfect accompaniment with cheeses. Move over Maggie.
Orange Relish
Strong flavoured relish.... relish with attitude this product demands roast pork, duck or game.
Ring of Fire
Heat score 5 - 6, this chilli chutney is not for the faint hearted but it also has much more flavour than simply chilli hot. Johnny would be proud, great on steak.
Rosemary Jelly
Using local apples juiced and infused with rosemary this is the accompaniment for lamb roasts and pork. Mint jelly has nothing on this!
Susie's Tomato Pickle
Susie's recipe, she peels the tomatoes, chops the onions and adds her special blend of mustards and spices and is in charge of the long slow cook necessary to develop the flavours of this premium chutney. Her grannies recipe!
